Financial & Insurance

Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to a beautiful smile. At the time of the initial examination, our office manager, Amy, will discuss in detail the specific fee for you or your child's orthodontic treatment. Due to the variety of problems we treat, the cost of orthodontic care varies from patient to patient. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide the following payment options:

  • We give a 6% bookkeeping credit for payments in full at the start of treatment by cash or check.
  • We offer a 4% bookkeeping credit for payment in full at the start of treatment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards.

In-house financing is another popular finance choice because there are no finance or interest charges connected with the payment plan. With this option, an initial payment is due at the start of treatment with the balance paid in monthly payments extended over the treatment time.

Insurance

Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance.

We ask that you provide our office with a completed and signed dental claim form when you come in for the consultation so we may check on your benefits and submit for you once treatment is initiated.
